Let's define "Long Distance"
Long distance calls fall into two categories: state-to-state calling and long distance calls within your state.
State-to-State
Qwest, our underlying carrier, gives you the simple anytime rate of 4.9 cents per minute for all of your state-to-state long distance calls. There is no per call service fee and 6 second billing (after the first 30 seconds) means you never to have to worry about the cost of your call.
In-State
The cost per minute rate is different than the state-to-state long distance rate. Your in-state rate depends upon the state in which you reside.
- California: 3.9 cents
- Nevada: 6.9 cents
- Arizona: 14.9 cents
To switch your long distance service, you must fill out and send us a Letter of Authority. It is illegal for any company to switch your long distance service without your express permission. We require a completed and signed LOA before we can make the switch for you.
